We want you to love what you ordered. Because everything is printed just for you, here's how returns work.

Misprints, damage or the wrong item

Email cuylescustoms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You don't need to send the item back.

Wrong size or changed your mind

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
• We'll exchange it for another size or refund the item price once it's back with us. Original shipping isn't refunded.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. We'll email you the return address.

What we can't take back

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered
• Custom or personalized orders, unless they arrive defective
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Orders placed on Etsy

If you bought through our Etsy shop, start your request from your Etsy purchase history so it stays with that order.
